Wherever materials need to be transported from very low loading areas and then conveyed on an upward slope, the MTF I-Tech angle conveyors type INL-IE 050 are the perfect solution. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyors with a total height of less than 80 mm.

Small L-shaped conveyors with a total length of up to approximately 1,500 mm and a conveyor belt width of up to 300 mm can be equipped with the IE 050 underframe. If the conveyor belt is to be installed as freely suspended as possible to avoid sharp edges, the base frame consists of a sturdy, welded frame with a vertically mounted support tube. The conveyor belt is mounted on one side at its center of gravity on the support tube and can be adjusted in height along its entire length. This allows for a maximum height adjustment range. This is particularly necessary when the conveyor belt is used on different machines and has to fulfill different tasks. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU or polyester material with different surface structures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The I-Tech angle conveyor belts type INL-IE 050 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include, among other things, fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
