Wherever conveyed goods need to be transported from very low feed areas and then conveyed at an upward angle, the MTF I-Tech INL type angle conveyors are the perfect solution. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyors with a total height of less than 80 mm.

They are therefore often used on packaging machines, plastic injection molding machines, or blow molding machines, where they serve as discharge conveyors for lightweight goods.

The conveying angle is fixed (optionally 30°, 45° or 60°). The maximum bandwidth is 500 mm. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU or polyester material with various surface structures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The I-Tech INL type angle conveyor belts can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include, for example, fans, radiant heaters, ionization devices, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc. The angle conveyor belts without a substructure are generally installed in this form into existing customer structures.
