Positively angled small conveyor belts of the IPL type are used where components need to be fed onto a horizontal section of the conveyor belt and then transported downwards. This is the case in special applications in the plastics industry where quality control parts need to be rejected separately.

Other applications include the metered feeding of components into an assembly process. For this purpose, hopper structures are mounted on the feed area of ​​the inclined belt to receive a specific quantity of conveyed material. The upper flat belt section then protrudes into the center of a vibratory pot. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm. The conveying angle is fixed (optionally 30°, 45°, or 60°). The maximum belt width is 500 mm. A total of nine different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester material with various surface textures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The I-Tech angle conveyor belts, type IPL, can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include, for example, fans, radiant heaters, ionization devices, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc. The angle conveyor belts without a substructure are generally installed in this form into existing customer structures.
