The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts of type IZL-BE 010 are the perfect helpers when it comes to conveying products out of narrow shafts or low loading heights, then transporting them upwards and depositing them into containers or similar. The frame's low profile of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm. Z-shaped angled mini conveyor belts with a maximum total length of 2,000 mm and a maximum width of 400 mm are equipped with the BE 010 base frame. The solid steel base plate ensures a low center of gravity and thus a secure stand – even with very narrow conveyor belts. Telescopic supports made of anodized aluminum are mounted on the base plate and attached to the conveyor belt via a pivot point. Thanks to the offset mounting brackets, the base frame only adds 13 mm to the overall height of the conveyor belt body, allowing the belt to be integrated into tight installation spaces. Belt conveyors of this design serve as transport belts for small parts from packaging machines, etc. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester material with various surface textures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts type IZL-BE 010 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
