The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyors with a total height of less than 80 mm.

Z-shaped angled miniature conveyors of type IZL-HE 050 are often used as discharge conveyors from packaging machines. The HE 050 base frame consists of a welded, H-shaped base with vertically mounted supports made of high-quality aluminum profiles. The profiles are telescopic, thus enabling elegant height adjustment with minimal lateral overhang. The freely overhanging flat section can be lowered to the arch to achieve minimal loading heights. Thus, with a 20 mm high side guide and a maximum 15 mm high drive lug, a feed height of 80 mm can be achieved (depending on the belt length). A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU or polyester material with various surface structures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts type IZL-HE 050 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
