The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm. Small Z-shaped conveyor belts with a total length of up to approximately 2,000 mm and a width of 500 mm can be equipped with a HE 060 type substructure. A sturdy, welded steel frame forms the base for vertically mounted aluminum profiles, which are attached laterally to the conveyor belt frame. Even longer small conveyor belts can be equipped with this underframe if the lower flat belt section rests directly on the floor or is supported by additional underframes. Small conveyor belts of this design are used to transport support materials out of low loading chutes. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester material with various surface textures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts type IZL-HE 060 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
