The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm. In particular, Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts with longer steep belt sections or belt widths exceeding 400 mm can be manufactured as type IZL-LD 440. The LD 440 substructure consists of a sturdy welded base frame onto which telescopic aluminum supports are mounted. The supports are mounted below the belt body and are attached to the belt using pivot points, thus saving space. The mounting brackets add only 13 mm to the overall height, enabling a very slim conveyor belt construction. The multiple supports for the belt frame further stiffen and stabilize the conveyor belt. This is particularly noticeable when the feed height is increased. Conveyor belts of this type are often used for emptying a wide variety of production machines, primarily in the plastics industry or on packaging machines. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester with various surface textures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts type IZL-LD 440 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
