The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts of type IZL-LD 560 are the perfect helpers when it comes to conveying products out of narrow shafts or low loading heights, then transporting them upwards and depositing them into containers or similar. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm. In particular, angled small conveyor belts with longer inclined belt sections or belt widths exceeding 400 mm can be manufactured as type INL-LD 560. The LD 560 substructure consists of a sturdy welded base frame onto which vertical aluminum supports are mounted. The supports are mounted laterally next to the belt body. This allows for large height adjustment ranges, which is advantageous when the conveyor belt is to be used on different machines with significantly different feed heights. The multiple supports of the belt frame further stiffen and stabilize the conveyor belt. This is also noticeable when the feed height is increased. Conveyor belts of this type are often used for the disposal of various production machines. This is predominantly found in the plastics industry or on packaging machines.

A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU or polyester material with different surface structures and properties are available for these conveyor belts. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts type INL-LD 560 can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyor belts can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. These include fans, radiant heaters, ionizers, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc.
