The Z-shaped angled small conveyor belts of type IZL are the perfect helpers when it comes to conveying products out of narrow shafts or low loading heights, then transporting them upwards and depositing them into containers or similar. The low frame height of only 30 mm allows for the construction of conveyor belts with a total height of less than 80 mm. They are used for transporting small parts wherever height differences need to be overcome, but both the infeed and outfeed areas must be horizontal. The conveying angle is fixed (selectable 30°, 45°, or 60°). The maximum width is 500 mm. A total of seven different conveyor belts made of PVC, PU, ​​or polyester with various surface textures and properties are available for these conveyors. In addition to these belts from the MTF standard range, special types can also be fitted if required. The Z-shaped angled small conveyors, type IZL, can be equipped with three different drive units, which, in combination with various power outputs, gear ratios, and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective transport task. Building on this basic configuration, the conveyors can be functionally expanded with a wide range of accessories. This includes fans, radiant heaters, ionization devices, covers, sensors, chutes, hoods, etc. Angle conveyor belts without a base frame are generally installed in this form into existing customer structures.
