The straight Multi-Tech wire mesh conveyors with a belt length of up to 2,000 mm and a width of up to 500 mm can be equipped with a HE 010 type base frame. In this configuration, they are used, for example, as a small storage conveyor on a robot cell or as a machine discharge conveyor for falling parts.
The base frame consists of a sturdy, welded frame with vertically mounted aluminum profiles that are telescopically extendable and secured by a pivot point in the lower groove of the conveyor profiles. This means that no base frame components protrude upwards, and the entire side groove remains fully accessible for attaching additional elements – e.g., sensors.

The conveyor belt can be continuously adjusted in height and inclination. In special applications, the base even allows a theoretical inclination angle of 90°.
