The straight Multi-Tech wire mesh conveyors with a belt length of up to 2,000 mm and a width of up to 500 mm can be equipped with a HE 020 type base frame. In this configuration, they are used, for example, as small storage conveyors on robot cells or as machine discharge conveyors for falling parts.
The base frame consists of a sturdy, welded frame with vertically mounted aluminum profiles, which are attached in the lateral groove of the conveyor belt profiles. This allows the conveyor belt to be continuously adjusted in height and angle.
