The screw separator Multi-Separator MSL 600 is the ideal solution for the flexible separation of injection-molded parts and fittings directly at the machine – even with changing locations and system configurations. MSL 600 stands for "Multi-Separator Left-Discharge, 600mm long". Thanks to its sophisticated design, the unit can be easily integrated into a wide variety of production processes and impresses with its compact construction, high performance, and variable features. The heart of the separator is the robust screw conveyor, over which larger parts are conveyed laterally, while smaller ones slide through the precisely adjustable gap between the discharge plate and the screw. The separating gap is infinitely adjustable and tool-free via ergonomic knurled nuts, allowing the separator to be quickly adapted to different part geometries. Different screw heights between 4 and 11 mm provide additional customization. Features include an integrated drum motor for maintenance-free continuous operation, a 15-stage variable speed drive (8–140 rpm), and an energy-efficient planetary gearbox with overload protection, which not only prevents component jamming but also contributes to maximum workplace safety. Optionally, the screw roller can be equipped with adjustable spikes and polyester scrapers to further improve separation quality. The height- and tilt-adjustable HE 010 base is telescopic and equipped with lockable casters – for maximum mobility and ergonomic operation. The robust MTF construction guarantees a long service life and consistently reliable performance in all applications.
