Task: Feeding of various caps to a packing robot

Caps with different diameters from an injection molding machine are to be fed to a packing robot

The lids should be stacked in a certain packing pattern

N.i.O. parts should be ejected before the robot

The system is controlled by a robot. A valve terminal is provided for MTF Technik.

Solution: Feed conveyor belt with accumulation and discharge device and buffer conveyor belt

A Multi-Tech conveyor belt type GL-AM 010 with adjustable side guide serves as a feed conveyor belt

A stop with centering pins was provided at the outlet of the feed belt

Additional installation of a pneumatic lid pre-stopper and accumulation device to form the packing pattern

In addition, a pneumatic ejection device for N.I.O. parts was installed

Cardboard buffer conveyor belt type GL-AM 010 including pneumatic positioning and separation cylinder including necessary sensors and operating element

All electrical and pneumatic connections are placed on the provided valve island and controlled by the on-site robot control system
