Task: Transfer of stamped parts into buffer unit

Small stamped parts (contacts for connectors) are to be transferred from a stamping machine to a customer-supplied buffer system.

The parts should not jam laterally and must not be damaged.

A flexible material should lie on the belt as a lateral seal, adjustable if necessary.

The parts tend to stick to straps, so a suitable strap should be selected.

There is no space for the drive unit at either the belt inlet or the belt outlet.

The drive will be via a belt drive.

The entire conveyor belt is to be covered by a sheet metal enclosure.

Solution: Small conveyor belt with fabric structure and belt drive

Small conveyor belt type IL-Sonder with relocated belt drive. This allows the conveyor belt to be completely retracted into the customer's buffer unit at the belt outlet.

MTF running mat No. 10 with fine fabric structure to prevent parts from sticking to it

Deflectors made of running surface material, height-adjustable and integrated into the side guides

Plug-in stainless steel band cover on top

Oil drip tray below the conveyor belt with a 0.5° incline towards the drive
