A manufacturer of high-quality plastic parts for the furniture industry is requesting a special design for a separating drum.

The parts to be separated cannot be separated to the customer's satisfaction on competing devices.

The drum must be easily set up by one person for different tasks, without the need for tools.

The height adjustment range of the drum must be 400mm so that different mills can be placed underneath it.

A rectangular drum for separating complex part geometries achieves a 100% separation rate for the customer's application. Since implementing the device, there has been not a single complaint from their own production.

Special base frame with gas pressure column and foot switch for unlocking, allowing for easy and convenient height adjustment by one person.

The separating drum is suspended at its center of gravity and can therefore be easily adjusted in its inclination.

Special drain plates below the drum guide the sprues precisely into the mill.

Sturdy welded steel frame to hold the drum, adapted to the dimensions of the mills or containers.
