Simple and straightforward installation & commissioning of your device
Our fundamental goal is to provide you with a customised conveyor system that can be put into operation as easily and straightforwardly as possible.
We therefore work on the implementation of a "plug and play" solution right from the design stage, so that you can integrate the devices into your on-site processes without any problems.
Smaller devices are completely built, wired, parameterised and pre-set at MTF Technik. Mechanical and electrical interfaces to existing customer systems are also taken into account and are usually already delivered ready to plug in. They are then packaged and shipped and can be easily set up and switched on by our customers. They are therefore ready for immediate use.
For larger or more complex systems, we at MTF Technik also assemble all components completely, if possible, so that a pre-acceptance test can take place at our factory. This gives you the opportunity to carry out tests in advance and check with you whether there are any optimisations or requests that can be incorporated before delivery.
The assembly and commissioning of the conveyor technology at your premises can then be carried out by our experienced fitters if required.
