From hot to cold: Special cooling sections for conveyed goods

High-temperature-resistant conveyor are usually a prerequisite for safely handling hot goods. Depending on the task at hand, in the simplest case, a longer dwell time on a conveyor line at normal ambient temperature may be sufficient to achieve the necessary cooling. The parameters conveyor length, conveyor width, conveyor speed, part geometry, ambient temperature and control system of the conveyor system are essential.
In some cases, however, it is also necessary to accelerate the cooling of the components because there is not enough time or space available. In these cases, MTF Technik offers conveyor with fans or air conditioning units, which surround the components with cooler air during the transport process.
