Plastic parts should be cooled immediately after the injection molding machine and then automatically filled into cartons.

The quantity per carton is to be determined using a weighing module.

The cartons are to be automatically fed in and removed to ensure unmanned operation.

Solution: Conveyor belt with cooling tunnel and buffer conveyor belt with lifting station

The conveyor belt is timed via the overall control system to ensure the longest possible dwell time on the conveyor belt and thus maximum cooling.
