Engineer and inventor Hans Gert Schürfeld founded MTF Technik as a sole proprietorship in 1975 with the aim of developing completely new types of conveyor belts for the plastics industry.
Driven by curiosity, a zest for action, diligence, the pursuit of perfection and an open ear for the requirements and wishes of his customers, he tirelessly developed new products and solutions.
Starting with small conveyor belts for transporting components from injection moulding machines, through the development of infinitely adjustable angled conveyor belts, the first patent for the roller separation drum to countless customised projects, it has always been innovation that has made MTF Technik so successful.
We remain committed to this founding spirit to this day and are constantly developing our products and services based on customer requirements. As a result, MTF Technik has been granted a total of 13 patents over the last five decades.
Every day, we tackle tasks set by our customers that have never been seen before in this form. New challenges constantly spur us on to develop new solutions.
