Task: Transport of closure caps in octabins

Beverage caps are to be transported from an injection molding machine into octabins approximately 2,100 mm high.

The system is designed for filling 5 octabins with the option to expand to 8 later.

The parts should cool down as much as possible on the conveyor belt and must not be damaged or deformed during transport.

A high level of counting accuracy is to be achieved.

Cones of rubble in the octabins should be avoided.

The static charge on the parts should be dissipated as much as possible.

Rejected parts must be collected separately.

Quality shots must be placed in a separate drawer.
