Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts, type GM-LD 120, are characterized by a stable base frame with a closed base, on which the supports made of anodized aluminum profiles are mounted. The conveyor belt body is attached to the supports in the side grooves using sturdy cast aluminum brackets. This enables easy height and inclination adjustment while maximizing the support length. This allows for a large height adjustment range.

The LD 120 base frame is typically used for conveyor belts with a length of up to approximately 3,000 mm and a width of up to 1,000 mm. In this version, the Multi-Tech magnetic conveyors are often used as discharge conveyors from presses.

The slide plates are available with a smooth or textured surface, depending on the customer's specific requirements. Especially with oily parts, the structure ensures that adhesion is avoided and the parts are transported safely. If necessary, additional wear plates are installed in the material feed area.

Spring tensioners are integrated into the conveyor belt design to keep the chains under sufficient tension at all times, thus reducing adjustment and maintenance effort. The belt body is completely encapsulated, so there are no moving parts on the outside. This ensures maximum occupational safety.

Multi-Tech magnetic conveyor belts are equipped with powerful three-phase motors, which can be adapted to the respective conveying task with different motor powers, gear ratios, and controls.
