The screw separator Multi-Separator MSL 800 is the ideal solution for the flexible separation of molded parts and sprues directly on the machine - even at changing locations and system configurations.

MSL 600 stands for "Multi-Separator, left-discharging, 800 mm long."

Thanks to its sophisticated design, the device can be easily integrated into a wide variety of production processes and impresses with its compact structure, high performance, and variable equipment.

The heart of the separator is the robust screw roller, over which larger parts are conveyed sideways, while smaller parts slide through the precisely adjustable gap between the discharge plate and the screw. The separation gap is continuously and tool-freely adjusted using ergonomic knurled nuts, allowing the separator to be quickly adapted to different part geometries. Various screw heights between 4 and 11 mm provide additional customization.

Features include an integrated drum motor for maintenance-free continuous operation, a 15-stage adjustable drive (8-140 rpm), and an energy-efficient planetary gear with overload protection, which not only protects against component jamming but also contributes to maximum occupational safety. The auger roller can optionally be equipped with adjustable spikes and polyester scrapers to further improve separation quality.

The height- and tilt-adjustable HE 010 base frame is telescopic and equipped with lockable casters for maximum mobility and ergonomic operation. The solid MTF construction guarantees a long service life and consistently reliable performance in all applications.
