Cut aluminum foil packages with a maximum weight of 200 kg are to be transported out of a foil cutting machine and tipped into a pallet rack

Film packages with a maximum length of 1,850 mm and a maximum diameter of 300 mm

Cycle time approx. 1.5 minutes

Solution: Steep conveyor belt with tilting storage belts

An inclined GL conveyor belt with a removable deck transports the film packages upwards and transfers them to two parallel GL conveyor belts that can be pneumatically tilted

At the end of the divided conveyor line there is a buffer bar including sensors, which detects whether the film packages have arrived at the end of the belt

When the film package has reached its end, the two GL conveyor belts swing into a vertical position and the film package is placed in the provided pallet rack
