Particularly challenging tasks arise when separating sprues from finished parts with complex geometries. With our new Segment Separation Drum, we presented an innovative solution that opens up new possibilities for these demanding separation tasks.
Conversations on-site confirmed a growing trend reflected in customer inquiries: in addition to conventional belt conveyors, there is increasing demand for more complex, integrated material handling solutions combining conveying, separation and buffering (e.g. for packaging processes). There is also growing interest in interfaces with automated guided vehicles (AGVs).
One example of an integrated production line on display was a compact buffering system with an integrated weighing cell, incorporated into a process featuring a demonstration unit with a 90° feeding conveyor, parts separation and automatic distribution. These applications illustrated how different process steps can be interconnected and tailored to individual production requirements.
We were delighted to welcome many familiar customers as well as new customers to our stand. The personal conversations provided valuable insights into practical challenges and specific customer requirements. We are glad to get such a positive feedback on our equipment and service. This reinforces our commitment to developing reliable, application-specific solutions for in-house material flow.
We would like to thank all visitors, customers and partners for their interest and the valuable discussions at our stand. Our sales agencies look forward to turning the ideas and requirements into new projects.
