Optimized energy efficiency in MTF separators

In our screw separators, such as the Multi-Separator MSL 600 and the Attachment Separator SAL 600, we are now using significantly more energy-efficient and even safer motors. By reducing the wattage, we can achieve 43% energy savings compared to the previous model while maintaining the same performance.

In comparison with competitors, we also score points here with significant cost savings: With the most common use of 90 watt motors, this results in savings of over 300 euros in 2-shift operation and a calculated economic service life of 7 years.

Thanks to the optimized gear ratio of the motor, the speed can be adjusted from 8 to 140 revolutions, making the device even more versatile.
