Task: Safe handling of metal parts

Stamped parts are to fall from the press onto a conveyor belt.

The strap is designed to ensure that the parts are not damaged or scratched.

The parts are to be fixed to the running surface – especially in the impact area on the conveyor belt – without the use of drive lugs.

The conveyor belt should be able to be easily pushed into the machine using an existing cable pull mechanism.

Solution: Stable, cleatless conveyor belt with ring magnets

A Multi-Tech conveyor belt type GL with a particularly cut-resistant felt running surface.

Inside the belt, over 200 ring magnets are integrated into a sheet metal sandwich package to clamp the ferritic parts on the running surface.

Installation of lateral, stable steel rails made of solid material, which are inserted into existing guides on site.
