Task: Height-adjustable conveyor system for stamped parts

Parts are to be transported from a punching press in two lanes

There is only limited space available in the punching area

The feed height of the parts from the machine varies depending on the type of tool used

The delivery height must be easily adjustable depending on the parts use (transport in boxes, manual removal)

The conversion process must be quick and easy

Solution: Conveyor system with scissor lift table

Two low-profile I-Tech conveyor belts are mounted parallel on a scissor lift table

A wide Multi-Tech conveyor belt is mounted independently on another scissor lift table

The scissor lift tables are manually adjustable, allowing a maximum height difference of approximately 600 mm.

The I-Tech conveyor belts can be moved sideways on a frame, allowing either single- or double-track operation

Between the I-Tech conveyor belts and the wide Multi-Tech conveyor belt, a chute made of sturdy galvanized sheet metal ensures height adjustment. The chute is two-part and can therefore be continuously adjusted in width.
