The feed height of the parts from the machine varies depending on the type of tool used.

The dispensing height must be easily adjustable depending on the use of the parts (transport in boxes, manual removal).

The conversion process must be simple and quick.

Solution: Conveyor system with scissor lift table

Two low-profile I-Tech conveyor belts are mounted in parallel on a scissor lift table.

A wide multi-tech conveyor belt is mounted independently on another scissor lift table.

The scissor lift tables are manually adjustable. This allows for a maximum height difference of approximately 600 mm.

The I-Tech conveyor belts can be moved laterally on a frame, allowing for either single- or double-track operation.

A chute made of sturdy galvanized sheet metal between the I-Tech conveyor belts and the wide Multi-Tech conveyor belt allows for height adjustment. The chute is in two parts, enabling stepless width adjustment.
