Task: Parallel conveying of different plastic parts

Plastic flowerpots of different sizes are to be placed on a conveyor belt by a robot and transported out of the protective enclosure

The flowerpots are not smooth on the underside, but have a spray channel in the center, which must be removed later

The storage and removal position should be monitored

Solution: Double-track conveyor belt with light barriers and belt clearing button

Two GL conveyor belts, connected by a coupling, are mounted on a common base frame

A common flange drive

Distance between the two conveyor belts minimum 90mm

Light barriers for monitoring the storage and removal position

Belt removal button and emergency stop button at the removal position

Central control cabinet below the belt body with interface to the robot control
