Task: Separation systems for plastic parts behind injection molding machine

Plastic parts are to be separated shot by shot behind an injection molding machine.

A conveyor belt with a usable width of approximately 400mm for transporting the parts is already in place.

A screw separator on its own base is to be connected to the conveyor belt.

The containers used by the customer for sprues and good parts are each 600x400mm in size (length x width), but the height varies.

It must be ensured that the parts are cleanly directed into the containers.
