Task: Quality control of plastic parts from injection molding machine

Plastic parts should either fall vertically downwards from the injection molding machine or, if required, be ejected laterally.

The reject chute should be mounted directly beneath the tool on the machine bed

Solution: 2-way reject chute mounted in the machine bed

A pneumatically operated 2-way reject chute, made entirely of stainless steel

An optional outlet chute can be fitted beneath the switch body itself

The system is controlled via a building-provided control unit.

The reject chute can also be used for buffer applications (two-tank system)
