Task: Removal of various stamped parts from tools

Stamped parts should be transported directly from the tool.

The width of the discharge chutes varies; the conveyor belt must be able to adjust quickly to this.

The conveyor belt must be easily height-adjustable to be used with different presses/tools.

The parts are to be manually removed at the end of the conveyor belt. The removal height should be ergonomically optimized for the operator.

Solution: Small conveyor belt combination with changeover function

A combination of NL and several IL conveyor belts of different widths

The IL conveyor belts are coupled to the NL conveyor belt using a quick-release coupling and therefore do not require their own drive.

Currently unused IL conveyor belts can be stored neatly and easily in the base cabinet of the NL conveyor belt.

I-Tech conveyor belt with a small deflection roller diameter of 22mm to get as close as possible to the tool parting line and thus transport the parts safely.

Special running mats for use in the stamping industry

Height adjustment of the entire NL conveyor belt is conveniently possible using three gas pressure columns.

Tilt adjustment, and thus adjustment of the discharge height, is conveniently achieved via an electric cylinder. A parallelogram-type underframe construction ensures that the IL conveyor belt always remains horizontal.
