Task: Separation systems for plastic parts on the injection molding machine

Plastic parts should be separated from the sprues shot by shot.

There is no space available next to the injection molding machine.

A conveyor belt should be avoided if possible.

Solution: Integrated multi-separator in the machine shaft

A specially designed multi-separator that is integrated into the machine's discharge chute.

The funnel geometry, including the suspension points, is adapted to the corresponding machine type.

The speed controller or motor protection switch for the separator is supplied with a separate mounting plate, which can be installed on the machine on site.

Snail coating, snail height, etc. can be selected depending on the material being separated.

The solution can be supplied as standard for BOY 22, BOY 35 and BOY 55.

Depending on the machine geometry, the design can be adapted to other machine types.
