Task: Conveying injection-molded parts from the mold into 8 different containers

Plastic injection molded parts (Ø8mm, length 63mm) are to be removed 8 times from a mold and placed on a conveyor belt.

The parts must be conveyed separately from the protective enclosure and transferred into 8 different containers.

Rejected parts should be transported in a separate container.

The belt speed is designed so that the conveyor belt is completely cleared after each shot.

In case of rejects, the robot control reverses the conveyor belt so that the parts fall off the belt at the belt inlet.
