When it comes to maintaining the exact alignment of parts throughout the entire transport process, MD ST22 curved belts are an ideal solution. Thanks to their minimum deflection diameter of just 8 mm, the belt curves easily handle even difficult transfer situations and can therefore also be used for transporting small piece goods.

The MD ST22 belt curves are designed to stand out because the deflections are cylindrical, allowing precise transfers to be defined.

The curved belts are often an integral part of longer conveyor lines and are generally used in combination with other conveyor belts to connect different production or assembly areas.

The base body of each belt curve consists of a sturdy welded steel construction. (optionally in stainless steel). A flexible plastic belt with attached ball bearings is guided within it, which is driven by friction wheels.

Eight different conveyor belts from the MTF Technik standard range are available and can be mounted on the devices. Depending on the desired configuration and the specific task, belts made of PU, PVC, or felt can be used. If required, additional special belts can be provided.

The MD ST22 belt curves can be equipped with two different drive units, which, in combination with various gear reductions and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the respective conveying task.

Building on the basic equipment, special designs can be realized if required to solve specific tasks.
