Longitudinal covers over corrugated edges – shown here in stainless steel – are used for a fixed conveying angle. The longitudinal covers prevent the conveyed material from getting behind the corrugated edge.

Magnetic drive rollers are used in conveyor belts to remove metallic contaminants from the material being conveyed. They are maintenance-free and require no power supply.

Scale on the separation shafts for easy, quick and precise adjustment.

Laterally bevelled driving cleats prevent clamping processes between the cleat and the side guide.

Drive cleats angled to the conveying direction, e.g., to align round components on one side or deflect them from the belt. Also used on water belts.

For stabilization, type SG driving studs can also be sewn to the belt at the stud base.

Motor protection switch with emergency stop button - standard version for devices with constant speed.

Emergency stop buttons, in combination with a suitable control system, are used to stop a movement as quickly as possible.

MTF products are often equipped with pneumatic components, e.g. as stopping or centering devices or for directing conveying flows.

The flap closes the outlet of a multi-rounder chute if, for example, the part feed cannot be interrupted during the position change.

To protect parts and/or reduce noise, hoppers, chutes, etc. can be provided with a resistant spray coating.
