Task: Removal of stamped parts behind a press at a flexible inclination

Stamped parts must be transported away from a chute approximately 400mm wide behind a press.

The parts are approximately 240 x 200 x 60 mm in size.

Thirty right and thirty left parts are manufactured per minute.

The press has many obstructions that make removal difficult.

For conversion purposes, the conveyor belt must be able to be easily and quickly installed and removed from the press by one person.

A positively angled conveyor belt type PL-Sonder with a durable PU running surface (MTF No. 30) on a special underframe

The base frame incorporates a rack and pinion adjustment mechanism, allowing for convenient tilt adjustment of the entire conveyor belt. This enables it to be angled to bridge obstructions in front of the press table, and then to guide the angled section into the machine shaft.

In the steep belt area, magnets are mounted below the running surface to safely transport the parts away.

The design of the base is adapted to the interfering edges on the machine.
