Plastic parts are to be separated shot by shot behind an injection molding machine

A conveyor belt with a usable width of approx. 400mm for the removal of the parts is already in place

A screw separator on its own base frame is to be connected to the conveyor belt

The containers used by the customer for sprues and good parts are each 600x400mm in size (length x width), but the height is different

It should be ensured that the parts are fed cleanly into the containers
