Task: Quality control of plastic parts from injection moulding machine

Optionally, plastic parts from a moulding injection machine should fall vertically or be discharged laterally
The deflector should be mounted directly underneath the tool into the machine base

Solution: 2-way deflector mounted in the machine bed

A pneumatically operated 2-way deflector / reject chute, completely made of stainless steel
As an option a discharge chute can be mounted underneath the deflector
Control is realized by client
The deflector can be used as a buffer (2 box-system)
Currently adaptable to various FANUC und Sumitomo Demag machines
