Task: Quality control of plastic parts from injection molding machines

Plastic parts should either fall vertically downwards from the injection molding machine or be discharged sideways if necessary

The switch should be mounted directly below the tool in the machine bed

Solution: 2-way dropout switch mounted in the machine bed

A pneumatically operated 2-way switch, made entirely of stainless steel

Optional outlet chute can be mounted under the actual switch body

The control is carried out via an on-site control system

The switch can also be used for buffer tasks (2 container system)

Designs currently exist for various FANUC and Sumitomo Demag machines
