Small Belt Conveyor Type IL-ID 230

Straight Belt Conveyor

The combination of a small straight conveyor belt with base frame type ID 230 is most commonly used for belt lengths between 2,000 and 4,000mm. The closed base frame is equipped with ball guided gas pressure columns (lift - 400m) which allow for a very easy adjustment. This is especially important, if the conveying heights have to be changed often (e.g. when used as discharge conveyor from different tools or machine shafts or when the height needs to be adjusted for personnel with different body heights).

Various connection possibilities of the base frame to the conveyor enable a customer-specific solution which is specifically made for the task. In this way, lift heights, tilt angles, workplaces can be specified individually.

Moreover, as with all MTF conveyor belts, belt qualities, guiding heights, motor types and motor fittings as well as equipment can be adjusted to the corresponding requirements with various additional components.
