The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of type GL-LD 010 are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.
The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used to attach substructures, drives, or other components. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. A conveyor belt with the LD 010 type underframe typically has a maximum belt length of 4,000 mm and a belt width of up to 2,000 mm. The vertical underframe supports can be fitted with telescopic braces in both the belt length and transverse directions to achieve additional stability. This allows these conveyor belts to be used for high belt loads. This belt conveyor with vertical underframe supports can be fitted with telescopic struts in both the longitudinal and transverse directions of the belt to achieve additional stability. The conveyor belt is attached to the underframe using sturdy steel fasteners that can be moved along the aluminum profiles in the lower profile groove, thus preventing them from protruding laterally or upwards beyond the belt. Thirty-three conveyor belts made of different materials with varying surface textures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range are available for mounting on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.
The Multi-Tech belt conveyor type GL-LD 010 can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
