The Z-shaped angled conveyor belts of type ZL-LD 020 combine the entire conveyor technology know-how from five decades of experience and countless projects. Both belt bends are independently adjustable and continuously adjustable between 0° and 60°. A unique feature worldwide is that the belt tension remains constant across this entire adjustment range. This is achieved via mechanical sliders that precisely move the deflection roller in the lower feed area.

In conjunction with the high-quality MTF conveyor belts, the belt tension compensation ensures that buckling of the belt is minimized and thus wear is prevented. A Z-shaped conveyor belt can be converted into a straight conveyor belt in just a few seconds. This is achieved using mechanical sliders that precisely move the deflection roller in the lower feed area.

The Z-shaped angled conveyor belts are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system to meet specific customer requirements. This allows us to offer solutions for a wide variety of applications and tasks from a wide range of industries. The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to enable different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire length of the belt, which can be used for attaching base frames, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility.

Angle conveyor belts of this design are used in almost all industrial sectors and for a wide variety of tasks. They serve as machine discharge belts, e.g., in the plastics industry or in stamping plants, as linking belts in automation systems, as an integral component of packaging systems, as mill feed belts, etc.

Z-conveyor belts of type ZL-LD 020 are standardly equipped with conically turned drive and deflection rollers. This ensures a self-centering effect of the conveyor belts, eliminating the need for mechanical guides. The belts have space laterally within the profiles. This minimizes wear. and abrasion are effectively reduced and the service life of the conveyor belts is increased.

A wide variety of conveyor belts made of different materials, with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard program, which can be mounted on these devices. If required, additional special belts can be provided.
