The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of the GL-HM 140 type are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to enable different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles offer two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for attaching base frames, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility.

Conveyor belts of this type are often used as robotic deposit belts, where handling devices place parts either directly onto the belt or into boxes or trays. Such applications play a role, particularly in the plastics industry, but also in assembly, welding, gluing, or packaging processes. In addition, these belt conveyors are also used as discharge belts for bulk materials, e.g., in the stamping industry or in die-casting applications.

33 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties are available from the MTF Technik standard range and can be mounted on these devices. If required, additional special belts can be provided.
