The straight Multi-Tech belt conveyors of type GL-HM 140 are assembled based on a comprehensive modular system and can be individually configured to meet the specific requirements of customer projects.

The unique MTF profile technology combines a rigid inner frame with various stable outer profiles to allow for different lateral guide heights. Furthermore, this two-part system offers the unbeatable advantage that the outer profiles can be folded down for maintenance purposes, for example, to easily replace the belt. The side profiles feature two grooves along the entire belt length, which can be used for mounting subframes, drives, or other attachments. This guarantees the highest quality and flexibility. Conveyor belts of this type are often used as robot storage belts, where handling devices place parts either directly onto the belt or into boxes or trays. Such applications play a role particularly in the plastics industry, but also in assembly, welding, gluing, or packaging processes. Furthermore, these belt conveyors are also used as discharge conveyors for bulk materials, e.g., in the stamping industry or in die-casting applications. There are 33 conveyor belts made of different materials with different surface structures and properties from the MTF Technik standard range available, which can be mounted on these devices. Additional special belts can be provided if required.

The Multi-Tech GL-HM 140 belt conveyors can be equipped with five different drive units, which, in combination with various gear ratios and controls, ensure optimal adaptation to the conveying task.
